Founder and personal trainer Emily Windebank

Emily Windebank

Emily was born and raised on Vancouver Island. After undergoing four surgeries to manage a congenital hip condition, her rehabilitation through strength training, fitness, and nutrition, has been key to her recovery and ongoing quality of life. As a mom of young children, she understands how hard it can be to prioritize health.

Emily founded Pathway to help others cut through the noise and misinformation of diet culture, empowering them to celebrate movement and embrace food as a source of well-being, not stress, for a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What we do

Pathway is not quick-fix, template fitness programming. It is a qualified guidance, connecting people at their level to the tools, insight, and individualized care required for them to gain momentum in their health journeys.

Why we do it

We believe that people should be met where they’re at, without judgment, and that the continual path of good health begins with joy and consistency.

Location

We are located on the Saanich Peninsula, near Victoria, BC. In-person services are available in the Royal Oak and Saanich Peninsula areas.
